2. The service

Own Edge analyses your own X posts with read-only access and shows you statistical findings about them. The Quick Check is free and limited to one per week. The Deep Check costs 9 € once, VAT included, and covers up to 200 posts plus your replies. The Weekly Report costs 19 € a month, VAT included. The first 100 subscriptions ("Founding 100") cost 9 € a month instead, and this price stays for as long as that subscription runs; it ends with the subscription and does not carry over to a later one. A spot counts once the first payment of a subscription has gone through, and a cancelled subscription keeps its spot. Whether a spot is free is decided when you open the checkout, which shows the price you pay; if two people take the last spot at the same moment, both keep the founder price. The Weekly Report starts with a Deep Check and then delivers a report on every week. It renews every month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time on your account page or at link.com, effective at the end of the paid month. Findings describe the past; they are not a promise of future reach.

3. Purchase

The Deep Check is sold through Link, the merchant of record of Stripe Managed Payments, which is the seller for the order, charges VAT and sends the receipt and invoice. Your contract for the purchase is therefore with Link, and Link handles the right of withdrawal in its checkout. The Deep Check is digital content that we start running right after payment. Before you buy, you expressly agree that we start before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Deep Check has started (§ 356 (5) BGB); the payment email repeats this confirmation. If a Deep Check cannot be completed, you can restart it from your account or get a refund. The same applies to the Weekly Report, which is sold through Link as a monthly subscription: you agree that it starts right after payment and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has started; the confirmation mail repeats this.

4. Your account

You may only connect your own X account. You can delete your account at any time.

5. Availability

Own Edge depends on the X API. If X changes its terms, its prices or its interfaces, parts of the service may become slower, limited or unavailable. We do not owe a specific uptime. A Deep Check you paid for but that we can no longer deliver is refunded.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future purchases and post the new version here with its date. Changes do not apply to a Deep Check you have already paid for. If you hold unused Deep Check credit, the terms in force when you bought it continue to apply. For a running Weekly Report, a change applies from the next month only if we tell you by email at least four weeks before; you can cancel until then. We do not raise the founder price of a running Founding subscription.

8. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer with your residence in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
